Who we Are

E & M Pharmaceutical (T) Limited is a private, socio-economic pharmaceutical and healthcare enterprise incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania in 2025 under the Companies Act, 2002 (Cap 212) and duly registered with the Business Registration and Licensing Authority (BRELA) under Certificate No. 186019296, holding TIN 186-019-296. 

The Company operates as a shareholding entity limited by shares, governed by a Board of Directors and guided by its Memorandum and Articles of Association (MEMARTS), ensuring strong corporate governance, transparency, and accountability. 

E & M Pharmaceutical is structured as an integrated health and industrial platform, combining pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical procurement and supply, health systems consultancy, research and innovation, and environmental and medical waste management. Through this model, the Company positions itself as both a commercial enterprise and a strategic development partner committed to strengthening healthcare systems and advancing industrial growth in Tanzania and across the African region.

E & M Pharmaceutical addresses the critical challenge of over-reliance on imported medicines and medical supplies by developing local pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity, strengthening healthcare supply chains, and delivering integrated health system solutions.
